Say hello to baby Reed! He's such a cute little fella!! This sweet baby is just so loved; I'm incredibly glad I was able to be apart of his parent's journey to parenthood. It's not every day I get to see a picture of one of my newborns as a teeny, tiny embryo. His Mama had this beautiful watercolor done from an ultrasound of him as an embryo that we used in their pregnancy announcement; it's probably one of the coolest things I've gotten to photograph.
Now that their handsome little man is here, we got to take darling newborn pictures. He's such a little champ! He gave us sweet tiny smiles, and slept away for most of his newborn session. We got to incorporate a few fun things like his monogrammed diaper cover, and rainbow baby blanket. I love everything about his pictures <3

Oh happy day! It's always a great day when I get to cuddle a brand new baby! The Quillins sweet, sweet baby girl was a delight. She was an AMAZING sleeper and flew through her newborn session. Her big sister was such a sweetie! She was the perfect role model for her baby sister during the session, she even held open the studio door for me when my hands were full.

This little bit was the first baby to use my news Carriage! I love this piece! It's perfect for your little princesses first photo shoot! She can ride in style for those sweet pictures. What little girl doesn't want to be a princess at some point in their lives?
Newborn and Sibling Photos
Next, the sisters got to be in the spotlight together! Little bit's big sister could not stop kissing her; it was the sweetest thing. You can tell they'll have a wonderful childhood toegther.

Brand New Knoxville Newborn Studio
I am THRILLED to announce my brand new Knoxville studio location! I am now conveniently located in the heart of Knoxville in the Sequoyah Hills neighborhood in the same shopping center as The Plaid Apron. I'm so excited to be readily available to my clients in a great location.
It is now available for all of my Knoxville newborn sessions, as well as indoor family, maternity, and milestone sessions! It has a super comfy waiting area where you can relax and watch your sweet little one's session while taking a much-needed break.
When you arrive for your newborn session, I will have the studio set up and ready to go with all of your custom requests of colors and props. You'll be able to watch all of the sets as I pose your newborn on different props and set ups right from the comfy couch.
Feel free to help yourself to the coffee bar and cold drinks while you're here!
All of my newborn outfits and hats are available for you to browse through and add to your session if you find something you love.
I can't wait to photograph your sweet babies here; it's been a wonderful blessing to be able to open such a space for indoor sessions.

Floral Newborn Pictures
The Grooms family brought their sweet girl to meet me last week. Her beautiful Mama requested lots of floral to represent this little girl's two grandmothers. I ADORE a good floral, so I was happy to make that a reality for Annalice's session. We used a wreath, flower blanket, and a floral beanbag backdrop, almost everything had something floral to it! I thoroughly enjoyed designing every set up for this family.

Princess and the Pea Newborn Picture
Annalice's Mama had one other request, a Princess and the Pea set-up for her princess. With short notice, I didn't have time to order props, but her awesome family stepped in to make it happen. Grandma lent us a ton of antique quilts, and her Dad made the darling ladder. I'm so glad we were able to make it a reality; it couldn't be more beautiful!

Next, we moved on to one of my very favorite parts; the beanbag poses! This is where all the cute, squishy pictures happen. Sweet girl did not disappoint! She let me cuddle and pose her into the sweetest pictures.

Darling baby Jack came to meet me last week! His sweet Mommy brought him to my Maryville newborn studio for his very first photo shoot. Jack was almost eleven and a half pounds at birth, and super tall! He's a big boy with oh so many adorable baby rolls <3. At first, he made us really work for pictures, but after a little snuggle time, he was the perfect newborn. The Hunk hat fit this little nugget perfectly.
Next, the little guy curled up on my counting sheep mat; too cute!
I was so excited that little man gave in to a deep sleep! He was the first baby to get to use my brand new truck prop! Now available at Knoxville Newborn sessions with Alisha Bacon Photography. He rocked it!! I love the rustic look on the barnwood backdrop.
To end our session, we nestled Jack into my rustic wooden bowl to complete his session. What a little champ!

Just before Christmas, sweet, baby Maximus came to the studio! He was one of the sweetest, most snuggly babies ever! Snugglies the wee babies is the highlight of my week.
Naked Baby Newborn Pictures
There's just something so wonderful about the classic " naked baby" newborn pictures. It allows you to see all their little rolls and features so perfectly; they'll always be some of my favorites. As always, we used wraps and posing to keep little man modest, while still showcasing how tiny and perfect he is.

Props are addictive! Especially the really fun, themed ones. I love to grow my collection for parents to choose from whenever I can. Maximus' Mommy chose some adorable ones for their session; I'm so excited to share!
Family and Newborn Picture
A portrait with your brand new baby is so special, and this family nailed it! They posed so naturally with their new baby, it was beautiful. I absolutely adore this one of the three of them together.

Oh how I adore my time with sweet babies! This beautiful girl was no different; she was the sweetest thing! Plus her parents were open to all of my fun ideas for her session! I snuck in lots of baby snuggles, which might just be the best part of my job.
Outdoor Newborn Pictures
I just love the outdoors ( especially our beautiful Smoky Mountains!!!), so I was over the moon when Stella's Mom and Dad agreed to let me take her outside for a few pictures. We got to break out one of newest props and she did amazing! It threatened to rain the whole time, but held off until just after we finished. The result is perfection!
Lace Basket and Floral Wreath Newborn Pictures
Next, I used a beautiful, delicate basket for miss Stella decked out in light purple. It was beautiful! Stella rocked every pose I could throw at her. And that sweet teddy bear? Just perfect!
Floral is on my top ten list of favorite things! I love working some floral setups in my girly newborn sessions. Little miss was wide awake for these and oh-so cute.

We ended Stella's session on the beanbag with beautiful colors that match her nursery. I adore how her dark hair looks on this vintage teal! She's a little doll <3

There is a gorgeous newborn girl I'd like you to meet! She's got to be one of the cutest little things that I've ever laid eyes on. I'm so blessed to be a photographer in Knoxville, and work with such sweet bundles of joy.
This little one made me work for it! She did not want to give up and go to sleep, but I must say, it was completely worth it in the end! The resulting newborn portraits are simply stunning; A picture perfect little girl.

Say hello to Cooper! Another of my sweet, sweet newborn clients. His Mommy had some GREAT ideas for his session and incorporating some of their favorite hobbies into this little bitty guy's newborn portraits.
Thanks to some fabulous weather, we were able to head outside for part of his session and include the great outdoors. The results were stunning! Perfect weather, a perfect baby, and super helpful parents made for a super smooth session. Dad even held up a changing pad to help block light for the perfect shot; it doesn't get any better than that! Little man posed on the rocks in the creek was one of the most adorable things I've ever seen! *Don't worry, some images were composites for baby's safety!*
The indoor portion went just as well! Little Cooper might just be the tiniest football fan I've ever met! He did every pose with no cares or worries. Love it!

I'm beginning to think that Knoxville newborns are some of the best in the world! Seriously, I'm blessed with some fantastic baby clients.
Meet lovely baby Kinsley! What a sweet girls she is! She really took after her big sister, they were both absolutely fabulous! Miss Kinsley slept so peacefully for almost her entire session, and barely made a peep; she must be destined to be a model. Who could resist those fluffy baby cheeks?
Big sister was so helpful during the session, offering to bring things over to me, and telling me which set ups she liked best. When her time for portraits came, she was more patient with her baby sister than I have ever seen a three year old; sitting still and waiting for Kinsley to settle in and be posed. Let's not even get started on how adorable she is! Their family has some super little girls!

Meet sweet, sweet baby Emma! She is simply a doll with a FULL head of hair and beautiful, creamy skin. She was perfect in every way. After a bit of coaxing, she fell right to sleep, and let me capture some stunning images of her perfect, little face.
Knoxville has so many beautiful newborns! I enjoy working with each and every one of them. Getting to see their unique personalities, and interact with such sweet, sweet babies is a dream.
