Ohhh, young love! Kyle and Dixie traveled up to the Smoky Mountains to tie the knot with Effortless Elopements in Gatlinburg. They wanted a simple, organic ceremony with a few pictures to look back on with their kids, and grand children in years to come and we were happy to oblige with an amazing location, and gorgeous Gatlinburg wedding pictures.
It was CHILLY on their elopement date, but they were such troopers, despite the cold. You’d never know they were shivering by the end of their pictures. I couldn’t ask for a better couple to help get married in Gatlinburg TN! They really embody what we are all about at Effortless Elopements. Elopement by Effortless Elopements
Alex and Courtney had THE perfect Gatlinburg cabin wedding ceremony! Man did they do their research! The whole cabin was just perfect. Beautiful lighting in the living areas, and a drop dead gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains for the cabin wedding ceremony on the deck.
Cabin weddings are the way to go for a relaxed, memorable wedding day. They run so smoothly and are so much fun; the joy is contagious. Any guests you have staying with you have no need to travel, no one is late or lost, you can get ready on site, and so many cabins offer picture perfect views right there. If I were to ever have another wedding ceremony, that would be top two!
Courtney and the girls started off the day, kicking back with some mountains and mimosas, I can’t think of a better way to get ready for your Smoky Mountain Elopement! Once I arrived, the dress was unveiled, and dang! IT was stunning!!!

Ohhhhh, the ceremony! PERFECTION! The view was nothing short of miraculous, just mountains on mountains, on mountains! Despite being December, the day warmed up to almost 60 degrees, and made the cabin deck ceremony just right. The simplicity with perfect details in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, made the day. My favorite part was the very beginning, seeing Courtney and Alex lock eyes for the first time that day.

Courtney and Alex’s ceremony couldn’t have gone better! With their favorite person in front of them on the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains from their cabin deck, they said their I dos and sealed with a kiss. Eloping to the Smoky Mountains has never been easier!
After they were officially husband and wife, we spent some time on beautiful pictures with the family and newlywed couple. They turned out stunning! Take a peek!
